Race Description

This race will be a combination of a traditional timekeeper and the restart format. We have obtained permission from both Boone and Webster counties to close the roads that will be used for the enduro for the day. This means that lights and license plates will NOT be required. Spark arrestor not required, but you must have a reasonably quiet muffler. People with motocross bikes are welcome to compete with the regular woods riders. We have permission to ride only on the gravel roads, no pavement. This means we will have some 2-way traffic. About 30 ground miles per loop. Two loops. Main gas back at the start area. Gas available 12 miles into the loop on a gravel road 1 mile from start. Terrain consists of long sections of tight woods, grass pastures and maybe a hill or two.

Other Notes

Start is located 10.2 miles north of Ogden on County Road P70, then 1.5 miles east on gravel. From Dayton, go 2.4 miles east on IA 175, south 2.8 miles on Co. Rd. P70, and east 1.5 miles on gravel. Watch for signage and arrows on County Road P70.
